With the PNH, Anemia X3 and Thrombocytopenia I've had start eating more protein and it doesn't have to be read meat chicken has lot of protein as well as veggies. I've also found the more I get up an exercise like walking not sweat breaking the better I do as my doc helped me realize that sweat breaking actually increased thrombosis cause of the stress on the body which lowers blood. So I've learned to balance with out increasing stress. There's good an bad stress but I've got to keep both down as they both can increase thrombosis
