Hi every one,
I have question and hope I don't sound stupid? At my consultation last week I advised my consultant that often when sat watching TV etc I suffer a sudden bout of lack of breath causing me to gasp and gulp, yet! when I go for my morning jog or do my daily weight lifting session I never get breathless!. My consultant, who may well be right said that when sit down my heart beat slows and my red blood cells are not getting oxygenated but when I go jogging or weigh lifting my heart beat increases and I breath more deeply thus increasing the oxygen in my red blood cells.
My question is> Has any one else had this situation ? Keep safe
